The Associate job gives you exposure to a lot of industries, which is beneficial for people right out of college who don’t know exactly what path they want to take in business. The team culture is tight-knit and makes the days fun. The opportunity to train new joiners is great at such an early stage in your career –excellent learning experience
Cons
We don’t work with easy going clients. They’re demanding and have constantly changing needs, which can be stressful. There’s definitely a sales component to the role that some people don’t realize when they join. It’s a results oriented, quantifiable job.
