I can’t even begin to express how terrible it is to work for this company. This company is extremely shady and awful and it is covered up by pushing that they are a charitable Christian company. Within the 5 nearby stores in this district there is not one store manager or assistant that has been there for over a year. Multiple stores have had at least 3/4 store managers within one year. There is no break from work, the upper management is constantly in contact with you and you have zero space. They expect and pile on so much work with very little support staff or hours to complete the work. This company looks good on paper but every employee is over worked and burnt out. They actually CUT PAY for covid and did not provide any PPE or sanitizer for employees. They do not hire LGBTQ and make up any excuse to not employ them. Extremely over worked with no breaks and long overnights. This goes all the way up the chain of management of extremely shady people. I cannot tell you enough DO NOT WORK HERE. if you try to contact home office or HR for any issues, there is no response or you are belittled. They are not a people first company. If you’re not a blonde girl southern belle then you don’t fit their image. Let’s not forget they do not care at all about mental health, the DM and store manager made multiple comments about anyone struggling with mental health and deminished the severity of multiple situations.
