As a person who has worked in the nonprofit sector for years in a variety of settings - I find this environment to be refreshing. Feedback and open communication are not only listened to but encouraged by the CEO and my other team members. This is a small firm run by a visionary founder and a collection of dedicated senior consultants. They are truly innovating, bringing disciplined, robust practices to the nonprofit space. It was great to interact with them.
