Worst HRs liars and keep changing their words not employee friendly

The founder of the company is one of the most disrespectful people I have ever met. Shows up completely unprepared to “trainings” and essentially just verbally accosts staff. He says his “style” is blunt and no nonsense, but he is just a very entitled person who lacks listening skills. He also verbally accosts his own staff on a regular basis, which is disheartening to watch.. if you’re a client of his you’ll see it first hand, yay! He’s essentially a used car salesman who is trying desperately to make a name for himself. Don’t believe a word he says.
