Pros
-Good place to get your foot in the door for maintenance mechanic
Cons
-Lie about providing tools!! -Lie about your wages, if you counter offer they will ask to revisit your wages after 90 days and will not give you the amount you want. -Long hours, 58 hour weeks 6 days, no work life balance -Place is absolutely dirty and outdated -Takes 2-3 weeks to get hired and another 2-3 weeks to get uniforms, prepare for your personal clothes to get oily! -Machines are outdated and not properly PM so they constantly break -Understaffed, when I work there there was about 6 guys trying to maintain all the machines, and there is a ton of machines. -Management doesn't disperse work properly so a lot of people will hide if they are not told what to do. -Constantly ordering wrong parts and then being forced to make those parts work. -They like to brag that the company is on track to become employee owned, and that you can retire a millionaire. This isn't the case, the company is employee owned, but bought the company from the owners for way more than its worth. -Health Insurance is cheap, but good luck finding a provider or setting it up, most doctors cant find the insurance.
