it's very good opportunity to work so heavily with AWS and be familiar with amazon internal tools, participating in structured on calls and get a mentor if needed from internal network
Cons
if your manager is mean your life will be like hell and in amazon you can't really defeat a bad manager, they have all the power to do whatever.
