      leadership principles are built into every aspect of the operation. extremely high standards. competitive nature prepares you for success after amazon.

      Cons

      almost too dynamic. hard to build a long term career with the constant change. too much re-inventing the wheel. getting paid more after amazon than while i was there, so the pay could be better.

      Even though I had a bachelor's, I was never considered for management position. Hopefully you live nearby or tolls across the bridge will kill your income.

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Cons

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
