Cons
The building has experienced significant leadership turnover since launch, with many of the original launch leaders no longer at the site. Frequent changes in leadership have created inconsistency in communication, expectations, and long-term direction. The facility's physical layout presents ongoing operational challenges. The site is located on a narrow property that can make traffic flow difficult for employees, delivery drivers, and trailer movements, particularly during peak periods. Work-life balance can be challenging. Mandatory Extra Time may be announced with limited notice, and salaried leaders are often expected to work extended shifts that can exceed 12 hours during periods of high operational demand. Decision-making and advancement opportunities can sometimes feel inconsistent, with perceptions of favoritism impacting morale and trust among employees. Communication and employee concerns are not always addressed in a transparent or timely manner. Operational pressures, staffing constraints, and frequent organizational changes create a stressful work environment. I would avoid at all cost. Amazon has a devotion to DEI but you don't see it at this site despite the site leader being South Asian.
