Pros
The work is quite good. You get to work on best tools and you learn a lot. High value of experience gained here. The experience gained here is quite useful. Everybody is quite skilled.
Cons
Well, it depends on your team and team members. Some teams(most I know of ) have very hectic work, stretching very long hours. Work-Life balance generally suffers. Team members may be indifferent workaholics. Stressful atmosphere. You have to learn and figure out most of the stuff yourself , as most of the people are already too stressed to cooperate. Its expected of you to know everything in advance.
