The first pro of working at amazon is that working in a fast-changing environment makes you never get bored as there is always something new and interesting going on, where you can test, contribute and grow. The second is the people at amazon, there is a culture of helping people develop their hard and soft skills, in a fun and dynamic mood, and of tackling challenges with team work.
Cons
There is a lot to do at amazon, and the challenge is to prioritize not to get overwhelmed with targets, and to do lists as it can get out of hands.
