Pros
great learning experience, excellent work culture, one can never run out of opportunities to grow and learn new things
Cons
bit difficult in the start to adapt to the system and work culture. Amazon emphasizes on self learning culture which is great but there should be some mentoring to be done for say a specific period of time by old employees to new ones of how to adapt to amazon way of working. we do have a buddy system in place but it needs to be more strong in order to ease the new joining process.
