You also have the opportunity to truly guide your own career path, pursuing new areas that you find most challenging. Given the incredible projections for growth, there is also considerable job security for the foreseeable future.
Cons
The nature of the constant change does create considerable ambiguity in both individual role structure and responsibilities. You need to be comfortable with constant change and able to adapt quickly.
