Pros
- Working on global scale products - Accelerated learning environment - Autonomy. - Can transition to other teams if I want to do so.
Cons
- Not a 'normal' org. That means you are working in a kind of entrepreneur environment, with a lot of responsibility and you need to learn a lot by yourself. - I don't see in my team a lot of work / life unbalance, but you need to move quickly with your tasks. - The first 2 or 3 months you could feel a little overwhelmed with all you need to learn and do from day one. Gradually you're getting it until you master your craft.
