Pros
Some of the brightest, hardest working people I've had the pleasure to work with. It grows faster than you can ever imagine and it does so through relentless internal review and a willingness to say "Am I doing this right?". Hands down, this company and its culture is some of the best in the world.
Cons
With the culture comes a pace of work that NEVER stops. At Amazon, they want you to move quickly...if you don't, they'll find someone who will. It's not callous, nor is it bad business...it just requires a 100% dedication at all times. If at any point, you feel as if you cannot give 100%...I recommend looking elsewhere.
