Pros
No real hierarchy. No need to call anyone with any other titles. Casual workwear culture. Leaves and offs are amazing. Good infra as well. Some teams have real good management and actually strive to make a difference.
Cons
Corporate politics at it's best. Senior Management is always on the lookout to kick people out. Once you get into a PIP(Performance Improvement Plan), you keep falling down until you leave the company.
