Pros
I started with AWS 3 months ago as a Sr. TPM. The onboarding process was impressive. It enabled me to learn quickly and set myself for a successful start of my career at AWS. I enjoy my role and the trust that my leadership placed in me from the beginning. I feel that I have enough flexibility in my schedule, the ability to drive decision-making, and influence results. My environment is fast-paced, which I actually prefer. I continue to feel engaged and excited about my career.
