Pros
I like working with smart people and there is so much to learn and room to grow professionally. Being able to switch teams helps a lot and avoids those less than stellar managers.
Cons
Work Life Balance can be challenging, there is never a moment to breath. But management is flexible with your hours so if you're organized you can still enjoy stuff during working hours. No paternity leave!
