Nice informal atmosphere, but with silo-ed departments - Engineer Ambrell Employee Review

Poor salary, sometimes nasty and vindictive, even retaliatory, actions taken by employees to shift blame and cover their own rears. Work load not well distributed among all employees. Some departments understaffed (Lab). New Management is altering a lot of processes without fully understanding the business.
