      You meet a lot of people and some become life time friends.

      Cons

      You have to give your life to the airlines. Some days are very,very stressful. Your day depends on the weather everyday.

      People, 401k match, flight benefits

      Cons

      Low Pay for Tech, flight benefits for standby are now harder to use. Lots of offshoring. Company does not seem to know where to go. Lowest of the totem pole for airlines.
