There is room to grow in the organization if one is willing to move to Dallas. There is a lot of opportunity to show one's capabilities.
Cons
The operation is ran like a franchise chain. Each maintenance station is ran differently with varying expectations while still being graded by a corporate structure. The travel benefits are not helpful to a family.
