This company is completely messed up. While people with direct customer contact are having to cancel vacations to help customers others are able to take 2-3 weeks without blinking an eye. Jack and Jills get promoted to roles and never have to deliver anything that will help the company reach revenue or customer satisfaction targets before they move to a new role, or go on an extra long vacation which they flaunt while others cancel theirs for the good of the company. Not to mention title inflation for political savvy individuals. They are also good at building random teams which confuse the customer and don't add value
