Cons
Everyday another good employee/leader leaves (either to a competitor or under the guise of “needing a life change”) and recently you don’t even find out they’re leaving until after they’re gone because it’s been swept under the rug. Attrition is natural but when it’s strong leaders who had key roles, it feels scary and bizarre to see those people running for the hills. Everyone is on edge all the time in GTM with conspiracy theories popping up left and right about the future of Anaplan. GTM senior execs aren’t held accountable for the environment they’ve created. It’s become insufferable the last 6 months and the business will continue declining without action.
