I do not have any cons. I have worked in multiple departments and job within the company. I have had a great experience at Anderson Automotive Group!

The pros for me are definitely the culture, Anderson Automotive Group truly is an amazing company to work for. I went from working in the food and beverage industry working every holiday and weekend to having every Sunday off, major holidays off and having a structured schedule. I also have a great team of coworkers and management is incredible. I have been with the company 3 years this September and I am forever grateful to be employed with the Anderson Automotive Group.

If I had to say what the cons would be for some maybe the hours, Working at a dealership you are gonna have some late nights however that doesn't bother me.
