Pros
Not many, but food is fine. Friendships are amazing. FYI it's not Annalect anymore, they are now called OGS or Omnicom Global Solutions, and it could be deceiving for you when you apply, so be mindful of what you are getting into.
Cons
Sudden layoffs. Higher management blabber about AI in meetings and townhalls, do they even know a thing about AI themselves or is it like a term that you use to show off that you are progressive, but at home the policies, the behaviour and the treatment is regressive.
