Customers are leaving as competition catches up, company is run by CFO and he doesn't like to incentivize or pay people for the work to build up the strategy, they expect deals to close now otherwise you don't get paid. That doesn't happen as sales cycles are long, strategy takes time to execute, partners take time to build up, customers take time to create budget. If you don't incentivize your sales team they are going to leave. We lost the whole APJ team in a month...we never got any commission for the work we did. Very dissatisfied team.
