Great leadership Self-promoting and accountability Promotion to higher levels with higher pay is easily done with the right motivation

Cons

Working one day on the weekends Working 3 Holidays, however, you know a year in advance which 3 you will be working so you have time to arrange a trade with someone.

Pros

Great company, great people to work with. Flexible schedule, and great management.

Cons

Call volume can be hectic and the script can be rigid at times. Also, pay can be better.
