Pros

Very few but the people in the trenches were a real pleasure to work with. Grafted with little or no support.

Cons

Where to begin. Inept product, oversold, hired way too fast with no pipeline of work, too many senior managers trying to make decision. Every week there was a new spreadsheet or form to fill in. No career advancement opportunities. They financially promoted people on the same day people were made redundant which is just very poor management. No communications from senior management or owners during redundancy, they just hid and frankly were cowards. Sales people rewarded for not selling, owners have no idea on how to run a business. The list is endless, so many faults and company will have failed before the year is out.

Pros

IDP industry is growing, very large market

Cons

Terrible Management Poor CEO No investment in resources or people. Company advertises over 200 employees however reality is under 100. No sales team as customers have largely left. CEO makes promises weekly and never delivers, always puts the blame on others. No investment in company, CEO promised he was obtaining additional funding from investors, never happened. Only revenue is from less than a handful of customers. The Insurants business that is the focus after 1 full year NO customers. If you are being recruited you need to ask hard questions.
