Great benefits, professional and personal development, intellegent and driven employees/ co-workers, they care for the employees, a lot of change for the better
Cons
Middle management is not very strong, ability to promote from within seems to be shifting (majority of hiring is now coming from the outside), uncertainty and questions about job security and career growth potential during a time of huge organizational transitition.
