Pros
Good benefits , lots of time off over time . Nice people to work with.
Cons
C-suite has no accountability for the disastrous results so they changed their plan to get "smaller" so they can actually reach a goal. No job security, politics who keeps their job. Sad to see such a great organization burn in flames because of foolish captains.
