Pros
Made some of the best friendships with coworkers. The pay is really good for starting out. Good benefits and training with company outings.
Cons
I was hired thinking I was working as an advisor. It was smaller when I worked there but it quickly turned into a high pressure inside sales/call center environment. If you didn't meet enrollment goals your salary goes down a percentage or your fired. I think now they are more transparent about what job it is. They had to pay the federal government fines for breaking Title IV funding laws but they have plenty of money to throw at them, and lets be honest, our government needs the cash so I'm sure their heads turn the other way. Pressure to lie to individuals for enrollments, inethical practices. Huge mass exodus when I left. No one I worked with works there anymore.
