Lots has changed - Anonymous employee Appian Employee Review

In the last year to year and a half there have been some questionable senior leadership hires that don't fit into the culture that Appian has always talked about having. Executives continue an unnecessary push for more days back in offices and generally many employees are dejected and morale is much lower than it was in 2022. The focus on the people at the company is dissipating quickly, evidenced by the new evaluation process which was rushed and botched from the get-go. They also started tracking everyone's IP addresses and badge scans to send managers reports about their employee's rate of office attendance, but failed to be transparent and let everyone know they'd be doing that. A big departure from the way this company was some years ago. Very unfortunate.
