Work-life balance/hours are reasonable
Good benefits and office amenities like gyms, cafeteria, good views, unlimited PTO, happy hours, pond to walk, snacks, etc.
Empowering culture, management really emphasizes the value of each of employee and how they want everyone's voices to be heard
A lot of learning/growth opportunities to build skills and advance your career
Cons
5 days a week in person can be a con for some, but this was pre-covid reality so can't blame the decision. Full time in person is definitely better for learning opportunities, especially early on in a career, but one remote day could be nice

I loved my co-workers. Everyone was super helpful and a lot of people were friendly. I enjoyed hanging out with them during lunch hour.
People thought very highly of the management. I had a boss that really cared about me personally and was fair but kind.
The company also valued personal development and gave time to learn new skills and build side projects for the company.
Cons
I did not find it meaningful to work on software that was helping big corporations.
