      You determine your salary by your overall commissions each month. No cap on commission/bonuses

      Cons

      Way too "salesy". They require an hour of cold calling every day (even if you are exceeding your goals) and the industry is dirty and cutthroat. I felt like a used car salesman

      Lots of orders to work Nice commission structure for direct hire

      Cons

      Very cut throat. Let you go without a warning 100000 miles per hour. No work life balance Insurance no one has, too expensive
