Pros
Paid Weekly- pay is descent- Lots of positions available -many professional jobs. They do go out of their way to find a position that is a good fit. They are on top of getting you to work. Extremely easy to submit your hours. Earn sick pay.
Cons
TBD job status is very uncomfortable. I was not looking for a temporary position when I started interviewing with the company I worked at .I was told it was direct hire & not tbd. I was miss informed, Kind of disappointing. Still took the position & Got paid. When I would ask what was going on with me actually getting hired on with them direct, Could not get a direct answer. I get it they are unsure, but it’s like your left confused about the stability of the position. I did not like that part.
