Good company for freshers I recommend anyone to join midsized company like this compare to any MNC Learning curve is good. Team is ready to help at all times. Work life balance is based on team you will be working with.In this company analytics team is good .

Cons

Initially Company was full of SAP projects and importance was given only on sap technology only. Now company is in growing phase and they are bringing new technologies such as azure and google which is good but your career will change if your an SAP guy. You will have to go for frequent trips to trivandrum for training or work which is fun but if you feel sick you have no excuse but stay there.

The leadership is extremely unprofessional. In the name of being a family, they treat you very badly. There is no diversity in the US team, all old mentality guys that have superiority complex about themselves and think others know nothing.
