      Great benefits, continuing education opportunities, professional growth, and fair merit increases. If you want to be a librarian truly, this is a good place to land.

      Cons

      Communication within the organization is often unclear, and the excuse is that we are under an "at-will" state. Upper management wants to hear your feedback, but never considers it. Favors pouring money into technology instead of their employees. Has fired individuals unfairly for lame reasons. Upper management is not trustworthy.
