Pros
Arcus provides you with a unique opportunity to decide what you're most interested in, then gives you the freedom to run with it once you prove you deserve to do so. They care about what each employee's goals are and encourage you/provide you with the opportunity to go after them. There's room for growth, competitive pay, freedom to work from home when needed, opportunity to travel, and they acknowledge that each person has a life outside of work (which I didn't experience at previous larger agencies I worked at). They expect you to carry your own weight, be a team player, and manage your workload; do not expect to be babied. They don’t discourage questions, but you do need a sense of independence to figure things out on your own when needed. Some people aren't built for a job like that/require more structure, and in my opinion that is what caused some of the negative reviews I read.
Cons
It's a newer company, so things like project process, HR resources, I.T., employee manuals, etc. are still in the works, but I have seen improvements since I started and it's not much of an inconvenience.
