Pros

Flexible hours, not bad work overall. Easy enough for a competent person, basically typical for a customer service position.

Cons

Passive-aggressive management, lackluster staff room. Pay wasn't great, though decent enough. Way too much focus on pushing the Argos card, instead of overall customer experience. Sexism abounded.
