Pros
Some of the nicest people I have ever worked with, supportive working environment, real teamwork between those on the coal-face in the stores and those in the HQ.
Cons
HQ people whilst they are nice, really lack drive and ambition. There was the infamous "5pm stampede" where all the clockwatchers file out of the door at 5pm prompt. The organization in general is resistant to change, it is no wonder it got bought out by Sainsbury's.
