Pros
Great place to start your career. They have good training and youthful workplace. People you work with are great and they do honestly care for the consumer.
Cons
Can get a bit difficult to climb up the ladder after a promotion, some politics involved. Not the best at retention as pay is slightly low for average and lack of care from senior teams for long tern employees.
