Pros
You get to go home at the end of your shift, and they pay on time. Little else of note.
Cons
Hours are cut constantly, management hand out contracts to friends and family and then give them more hours than those who have worked there for years. How is one supposed to go from working 28 hours regularly to working less than 10? Bills? Rent? The company narrative appears to be 'I don't care'. Minimum wage.
