Pros
I have worked in a couple of stores in different locations. In both stores the management are friendly and approachable and have done their best to accommodate any time off i have needed. Also pay slightly above the minimum wage.
Cons
Short shifts for 3 and 3/4 hours, say from 12:15 - 4, in the middle of the day can be annoying. Contracts for 10 or 12 hours when you are available to work full time and the reality is you do 25 - 30 hours per week. However, if you ask for your hours to be reduced the chances are your contracted hours will also be reduced to something like 6.
