Pros
The pay and benefits are great, and editorial staff in general is very competent and easy to get along with. The Houston office is really nice, and the company clearly makes an effort to retain editorial talent.
Cons
The hours are inflexible based on market windows and even though the technology supports working from home, it is discouraged outside of emergencies. The job can get repetitive. Markets that aren't indexed struggle to get support from upper management.
