Pros
- Retains a family feel, despite being a very large company. Relative lack of politics compared to other large companies. - Good performance is generally rewarded - Flexibility on how and where work is done - Encouraged to be out in the market, with lots of opportunities for travel and attending industry events. - Recent increase in educational and teambuilding events in the office
Cons
- The main bonus scheme involves a bonus spread across three years, without any inflation adjustments. This doesn't provide a genuine incentive. - At times it feels like a company struggling to cope with rapid growth. Lots of changes and new layers being added. - Operationally slow, bogged down by staffing bottlenecks and matrix structures which lead to a lack of accountability.
