Don’t pay industry standard. Fired half the sales team including the top performing reps. Really do not care about their employees. I really wouldn’t work here. You don’t mean anything to this company. Find any way to take commissions away from reps. Redo quotas throughout year so they don’t need to pay people. Unorganized. Bad products. Upper management needs to all be let go not their ground workers. Don’t do it to yourself and stay far away.
