Pros
Overall, I loved what I was doing for the company, I even tried to stay with the company when I realized I was going to be relocating to a state where we managed properties. Mr. G really loves seeing the employees happy.
Cons
2nd Floor of Home Office is gross. The lack of support for certain departments from their upper executives is pathetic. You should never hear from the Controller while his hands are up in the air "that we will still be discussing these same issues 5 years from now". I watched employees be extremely insubordinate to their supervisor and keep their job and switch depts. and I have watched supervisors be pushed into a corner so to speak. I expected a lot more from a company that was founded by a man who is so well known and appreciated in the local community. Unless you are in Operations or Management, there isn't much room for growth in your career.
