Pros

Convenient location and great food options.

Cons

The ratio of qualified versus unqualified staff is an eye opener. Many overseas staff engaged to do the backend work except putting their name down legitimately as well. It is a race to the bottom for the cheapest price, the cheapest package, Hence, it is also a place where young pp are cherished even if make mistakes.

Pros

There is proper guidance from seniors, and I was able to learn a lot of practical accounting knowledge during the internship. The office has a pantry with a small buffet-style counter, and there are quiet rooms available for focused individual work. Office equipment is complete and efficient, and colleagues are friendly, supportive, and willing to help one another. Overall, the atmosphere is positive and collaborative.

Cons

Not many major downsides, but sometimes work can be fast-paced and requires quick adaptation. Occasional tight deadlines may be slightly stressful for new interns, but it also helps improve efficiency and time management.

Pros

Free coffee and tea and varity of food near office

Cons

Management sucks. Bosses dont see eye to eye at times and will take it out on you. Scolding people without finding out what happened. Delegating so many tasks even though you already cannot handle - and without proper instructions. Says there will be guidance but do not know if things they do are legitimate. Distinct favouritism shown. SO MUCH STRESS.
