Pros
Super-small 'call center' team of 5 with an office manager. We're all contractors in temp to hire roles, and everyone brings her/his own skills to the role. Right now it's primarily inbound and outbound as a last stop to keep patients from going to collections, but hopefully in time there will be more responsibilities and learning opportunities. Location is a major plus!! Inner SE Portland 2 floors above Horse Brass pub. I literally walk 3 blocks to work.
Cons
The only con I have is that due to HIPAA regulations (not a con) we have to go outside down 2 flights of stairs to talk on the phone. Also, no access to a nearby staff kitchen.
