People are always late management doesn't care,oh and don't go to HR they'll just tell the manager what you said about them. So much for employee protection and rights huh. If you're at a site that has a union that's a joke. They take $ out of your check and you can't use the union until after a year of being with the company. You would think they would take it out when you approach your year . It's a scratch their back they scratch yours mentality. If you work all the doubles you can be as late as you want. Management won't say or do anything, they will however lie and say it takes awhile for someone to be terminated for lateness because of the union. No that's the BS line they tell the shift supervisor to say. Beware of a copy that hires you as soon as you walk in and they don't check references or drug test. But for what they pay I see why. You can come in there high as a kite and they won't do anything. Assured not So Much Protection. Y'all should really change your mission statement. To a body is better than nobody as long as it's not upper managements body....
