      Extremely fast growing company, will get all the responsibilities one can handle and more, whole company feels like a tightly knit team

      Cons

      Irregular hours (to say the least!) - each person will have the workload that 2-3 people would carry in other tier 1 pe's

      too much work under too strict deadlines, very little work life balance, no clear idea of what's going on behind the scenes
